Scott Olsen brings a combination of accomplishment and understanding of business matched with success in training individuals and groups.
After completing his undergraduate work in Economics at the University of Washington, Scott has developed innovative training methods throughout his career that produce dramatic increases in productivity and customer satisfaction.

Gary Brashear brings over 28 years of successful leadership predicated on hiring and motivating highly productive, results oriented sales, marketing and services teams. His successful career in high technology includes VP of Sales at WebTrends Corp., Performant Inc. and VP of Sales and Marketing at Auctionpay and Centrisoft Corp. Gary’s initiation into sales and marketing was with 15 years at Tektronix in a variety of technical, sales and marketing management positions. His roles have been both North American and Global in responsibility.
Jill Viggiano brings over 20 years of professional experience to help prepare and implement customized sales solutions. As a sales consultant, Jill applies her analytical skills to clients’ sales issues and processes, working to increase effectiveness and efficiency. Listening to clients in order to understand their needs is her first step. Identifying key factors and success markers provides a foundation from which to address sales concerns.
An active volunteer, Jill can’t help but raise her hand and take on leadership roles in the community. The opportunity to form and advance philanthropic organizations and their causes keeps her engaged in both local and national efforts. Jill’s style is to create a team environment where cooperation and accomplishment happen while having fun.
Lynda Corliss is a negotiation skills specialist. Lynda has over 20 years expertise in procurement and contracts, specializing in indirect spend and technology negotiations. Corporations like Biotronik, ADP and Lockheed Missile and Space Company have leveraged Lynda’s intelligent analysis and ability to implement strategic buying processes that yield maximum cost savings. Anja Bump has over 15 years of successful supplier management experience, international and domestic negotiations, sales, marketing, and engineering. She has weathered the ups and downs of the semiconductor industry, as well as the tightly regulated medical industry. As a keen negotiator, quality remains number one in her mind. Her corporate experience includes IBM, HP, Siltronic Ag (a German-owned wafer fab), Entegris, and Biotronik (medical supplier of implantable pacemakers and defibrillators). Anja holds a MS in Inorganic Chemistry from Portland State University and a Diploma in General Chemistry from Germany. German born, she is still fluent in German and English and as you might expect, Anja excels in international negotiations.
